This project consisted of 3 x high end car showroom facilities including class 1 workshop facilities using precast concrete and exposed structural steel roof members, amenities block and kitchenette. 2 units also have mezzanines.
Midson were the first builders in Australia to install the PL1800 Autop Car Hoist that involve being retro fitted some 3 meters below ground. The project had some initial site challenges including fluctuating ground water and the encroachment of neighbouring properties onto this long-term vacant land, but superior commincation add to smart design engineering and construction management permitted the project to proceed comfortably and will certainly enhance the aesthetic of the industrial area its located.
