As Managing Director, Tony’s first responsibility is to focus not on the outside market, but on the layer beneath − our team. He ensures that there are people on our team that believe in what we believe and know how to build it, yet still remain the symbol of our Why? to the external market.

With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry in Queensland, NSW and ACT, Tony has developed a remarkable array of technical skills and experience in:

Bruce Bennett

With over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry in NSW & QLD, Bruce has been exposed to numerous sectors of the construction industry with some of these listed below, but there’s not much he hasn’t built during his career:

He has a passion for delivering high-quality projects and is continually focused on achieving results that meets and exceed his client’s expectations.

Bruce can add value to a wide variety of construction sectors. He has held lead roles in extremely diverse projects from Construction Supervisor running multiple home sites at once, being the Project Manager who pioneered the use of tilt panel construction in Australia, Manager of high profile Medium Density company, to be the Senior Project Manager on the $165 million Skilled Stadium on the Gold Coast during his time at Watpac.

Rod has over 30 years of construction industry experience including successfully leading all phases of multimillion-dollar projects for both public and private sector clients. This experience extends to retail, commercial, health, aged care, defence, education, multi-storey residential, residential and also airport infrastructure.

His history of high-quality project delivery and strong client relationships stems from his management style. Rod prides himself on his leadership, effective communication, broad industry experience, strategic approach and the long list of relationships he has formed within the industry.

Having worked and held management positions within firms such as Hutchinson Builders, Walton Construction, Watpac and John Holland, Rod’s experience generated from his exposure to key projects, is invaluable.

Brad Davies

Business Manager

Brad possesses natural communication and relationship building skills which has enabled him to create a wide variety of contacts throughout the property and construction industry.

His career has focussed on creating organisational growth via property acquisitions, business development, marketing and strategic management in a variety of industry sectors over the last 20+ years, but his passion is for property and construction and the people who work in its dynamic environment.

Brad has completed post-grad MBA studies and prior to working at Midson, held upper-level management roles including board member positions in publicly-listed firms and led successful negotiations on numerous multi-million dollar deals.

Gerald Shelton-Agar

Business Manager NSW

Gerald has 30 years’ experience, within the property industry in sales, Relationships Manager and Business Development Manager. 16 of those years have been working in Sydney property market. Within that time, Gerald has built close relationships with architects, project managers, developers, engineers and property consultants.

Gerald handles all life–stages of various projects from financial concept, feasibility studies, DA approval, sourcing and utilising consultants, tendering, establish and manage mutually beneficial strategic alliances with small to major companies and organisations.
